Complaints
We want every member of our community to feel heard, and we take all concerns and complaints seriously. Our full complaints policy and procedure is available from the school office or can be downloaded below.
If you would like to raise a concern, please contact the Headteacher, Paul Chambers, either by telephone on 01908 348259 or by email at admin@willowparkschool.co.uk.
If your concern relates to the Headteacher, you are welcome to contact Chris Groom, Regional Director for Education, at chris.groom@ofgl.uk.
The policy also outlines the appeals process, should you need it.
