Students recruit new staff

We’re so proud of our mature and thoughtful students, who take an active role in the recruitment process for our growing school. Students ask a range of questions about staff members’ interests, why they want to work with young people, and approaches to education. Candidates often find this part of the process the most challenging – but they all love talking to our lovely students!
